Park South Station is a gated community creating an intimate campus retreat within the city limits. Trees bordering the community and lush lawns set the atmosphere for lounging in the grass on a blanket, laying by the pool reading a book or taking a leisurely stroll.
Located in the center of the community Park South Station's nearly 6,000 square foot Clubhouse is a retreat for entertaining and recreation, available to residents for rent to host your next gathering. The Clubhouse includes a kitchen area, dedicated bathrooms, a 1,300 square foot fitness center and the Associations On-Site office. During the summer enjoy the Junior Olympic pool with attached bathhouse for poolside convenience. This grand-scale clubhouse also includes outdoor space for lounging and taking a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The furry members of your family will enjoy a dedicated dog park with separate side for smaller and larger dogs so they can play in peace. You will almost see a huge smile appear on their face when they open up to full sprint or see their canine friends at the park.
Park South Station directly borders Little Sugar Creek Greenway along the community's Southeast corner. This allows access to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway system which begins uptown along Kings Drive and extends all the way to McDowell Park and the South Carolina border without crossing any major roads. This extensive Greenway system enhances residential communities all along its course. Acting as a linear neighborhood park, offering areas for residents to play, ride bicycles, have picnics and meet with friends.

Park South Station is primarily an owner occupied neighborhood with 85% of the townhomes, single family homes and condos occupied by their owners. The rental cap is currently set at 15% of the properties and there is an active waiting list.
Our on-site Association manager Adam Soccorsi is in the community each week Monday through Friday. Adam will be available with open office hours Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm or by appointment, our community Assistant Temeka McClary is available Mondays and Wednesdays 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
