Park South Station is a gated community creating an intimate campus retreat within the city limits. Trees bordering the community and lush lawns set the atmosphere for lounging in the grass on a blanket, laying by the pool reading a book or taking a leisurely stroll.
Park South Station's state of the art Clubhouse is a retreat for entertaining and recreation. Located in the center of the campus, the nearly 6,000 square foot clubhouse will includes a 1,300 square foot fitness center and a 1,300 square foot bath house for convenience to the junior Olympic pool, and a kitchen area. This grand-scale clubhouse also includes outdoor space for lounging with incredible views of the landscapes within the neighborhood.
Park South Station directly borders Little Sugar Creek Greenway. As part of the project, the developer is installing the portion of the Greenway which borders the community's Southeast corner. Little Sugar Creek Greenway recently approved bond package will begin construction of the very large Greenway system which begins uptown along Kings Drive and extends all the way to McDowell Park and the South Carolina border. This extensive Greenway system will enhance residential communities all along its course. It will act as a linear neighborhood park, offering areas for residents to play, ride bicycles, have picnics and meet with friends.
Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our owners and residents.  There are pages on this website that require an owner sign in as some of the information is intended for owners only.  Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
Pool Usage Reminders
Posted on May 30th, 2019

Pool season is in full swing and we have seen large numbers of residents enjoying one of the community’s biggest and best amenities this past month. Over the Memorial Day weekend there was some behavior that was concerning, specifically GLASS in the pool area, VOMIT in a bathroom, and filthy grills so we are sending a reminder regarding responsible use of the pool and pool deck.

• Residents or their guests ABSOLUTELY cannot have glass of any kind on the pool deck. Anyone bringing glass on the deck may have amenity access revoked for the remainder of the season as this violates our pool permit from the County. Multiple instances of this can cause the County to rescind the pool permit for the remainder of the year.
Updated Gate Schedule as of 8/27/2018
Posted on Aug 27th, 2018
As of August 27, 2018 the gates hours of operation wil change to the following.
All three gates will be kept closed with the exception of the following days / times:

• Monday – Friday 6am-10am
• Monday – Friday 4-7pm
• Closed all day Saturday and Sunday
Since we now have cameras at all the gates, the side gates will now be accessible after midnight where previously only the center gate was accessible at that time.
Any vehicle interactions with the gates as a result of the change in schedule will be at the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Leash Law Reminder
Posted on Mar 6th, 2018
Southeastern Police has asked us to send a reminder about the Charlotte Leash Ordinance out to Park South Station. As the Spring months approach our furry friends like to enjoy the weather as much as we do but please make sure that pets remain on leashes throughout the community. This is not only for the safety of residents in the community but also for the pets so they do not get hit by a car. Since this is a local ordinance Southeastern must issue citations when they witness these violations and are given to the power respond to reports of repeat offenders. Also please remember to pick up after your pet’s waste as it impacts health and safety conditions of not only the community but also the local storm water ( Additionally, it is against ordinance to not pick up pet waste and this can result in fines from not only the City and County but also from the Homeowners Association. Thank you for your help!
Charlotte Leash Laws -

The City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County have strict leash laws that apply to all animals except cats (see the nuisance animal section for laws pertaining to cats).

Animals must be on a leash, contained within a fence or an operable and marked invisible fence. The invisible fence company should give owners a sign to place at the mailbox to indicate that there is an invisible fence present.

An animal may be loose in its own yard if there is an adult (18 years or older) immediately next to the animal and the animal responds to direct verbal commands of the person.
ALL dog owners that take their dogs for walks in their neighborhoods and/or in public parks (not designated as a dog park) are required to keep their dogs on leash and under physical restraint at ALL TIMES. Please note that having the leash in your possession and not attached to the dog is not considered having the dog on a leash and you will still be subject to a fine.

All regulations aim to protect the health and safety of our citizens. Please be a responsible pet owner and abide by the law. Violations will be investigated and stiff fines may be applied. Fines range from a $50.00 citation for the first violation and up to a $500.00 citation and permanent seizure of the animal for a fifth violation.

To report an animal at large, please call 311. Please note that it could take up to 4 hours for an officer to respond. Any information about where the owner lives would help greatly.
Townhome Landscape Renovation Project
Posted on Sep 19th, 2017
Over the past several months, the Townhome Association, our CAMS Community Manager, and Providence Landscaping Group have been working tirelessly to come up with a plan for landscaping improvements for Park South Station. We are proud that after months of hard work, these upgrades will begin this fall. As with many of our maintenance projects, the community will receive these upgrades in phases (see attached map – houses in blue will receive upgrades this year.) We have tasked Providence Landscaping Group with presenting us with landscaping upgrades which will be sustainable, include appropriate plant material, provide continuity throughout the community, increase the overall aesthetic of Park South Station for the enjoyment of homeowners, and to maintain and increase property values for years to come.
